Terry Fox Run and Orange Shirt Day Friday

Dear Parents,

Our school is having our Terry Fox run on Friday September 29. The morning (AM) Kindergarten students will be attending school on Friday so they will run for Terry in the morning. Since the afternoon (PM) students do not have school on Friday, they will run on Thursday afternoon during their gym time. Please dress your child appropriately as we will be outside running. 

Parents, if you can send a toonie for Terry we would appreciate the donation.  All students who bring a donation will receive a paper toonie to write their name on and it will be placed on our gym walls as a visual of how much money we have raised as a school. 

This Friday, we are also supporting ORANGE SHIRT DAY. OSD is a day of recognition that all students (particularly indigenous students) are important. If your child has an orange shirt, they can wear it to school on Friday to show their support.
